Assistance up to a speed of 45 km/h makes the new Performance Speed drive the fastest Bosch E-Bike motor. 250 watts of power, improved pedal assistance of up to 340 % and even better drive torque of up to 75 Nm compared to the previous model are your guarantee for maximum riding pleasure. It’s the real top-performer in the new generation of Bosch motors with its reduced volume, lower weight and full assistance even at high speeds.
For the Speed motor, you need an insurance certificate and a driving licence for small powered bikes. A class MA driving licence (from the age of 16 upwards) or a driving licence for cars includes this. Helmets are mandatory on HS models. We recommend using an E-Bike helmet that complies with the EN 1077 and EN 1078 standards.
